Chat

Customer can communicate with vendor through chatting. There are two options from where customer can chat with vendor.

Go to Product Details page. There is Send Message option in shop information. Click on it. It will initiate the chat.

Another option is to visit Vendor store. Go to the Product Details > Vendor Info > Visit Store or Product Details and click on Go to Store from the shop information.

Vendor Shop details will be visible. In shop summary Chat Now option is available.

Chat Now option is also available in Vendor Profile.

You can search for vendor that you are chatting with. You can also Attach images in the chat.
